I am just new here.
I am interested in getting the name and, if possible, a little bit more of information about an american black player that played for Happoel Jerusalem a few years ago.
I am not sure about how long ago it was, but probably sometime between 4 and 8 years ago.
He was a beast in the paint, about 6-11/7-0 and really strong. Jumped a lot and loved to block, but was not any big deal in the offense.

Hapoel Jerusalem was founded in 1943. Hapoel Jerusalem first played in a little court on the Histadroot Street. Next the team moved to play at the YMCA and then finally moved to the only indoor arena at that time: "The Shtraus Arena". In the late 80's Jerusalem moved to play at the Malcha Arena, that contains 3000 seats.
Now Hapoel Jerusalem is known as the second best team in Israeli basketball, after Maccabi Tel Aviv.
In the years 1996 and 1997, Jerusalem Hapoel won two domestic cups in Israel, defeating Maccabi Tel Aviv in the finals, at the Nokia Arena. The team was lead by the team's star and captain Adi Gordon, who's considered the team's symbol and best player ever.
